Job description

What are you going to do?

• Complex care our airline clients (Air France, KLM, Delta airlines, Transavia)
• Communication with passengers via phone or e-mail in English and German language
• Providing support regarding baggage claims and baggage tracing, creating flight bookings, changing existing reservations, providing support regarding online check-in etc.
• Use of reservation software (Oscar / Amadeus…)

Job Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Strong communication skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Empathy and Stress resistance
• Experience from a call center or a tourism background is an advantage but also fresh graduates are welcome
• Other European languages of advantage
